Movement has been a part of my life since I was four years old, when I first started training as a Bharatanatyam dancer, inspired by my mother. Over the years, dance became a way to connect deeply with myself and the world around me.
Later in life, when faced with a chronic autoimmune condition that resisted conventional treatment, I found healing through the practice of yoga. This journey not only restored my health but also opened my eyes to the transformative power of mindful movement and breath.
Today, I am passionate about advocating for mindfulness and conscious communication. My goal is to help others build sustainable, health-affirming habits that enhance both body and mind.
In addition to my practice, I am an artist who finds joy in pyrography, and I share my home with cats and an ever-growing collection of plants. My philosophy is a unique blend of Robert Sapolsky’s insights into human biology and the meditative discipline of Vipassana. I believe that understanding the natural forces that shape us allows us to make more intentional choices in life.
My coaching is a blend of my expertise in various disciplines of movement. I teach Bharatanatyam, yoga, meditation, animal flow, and aerial yoga, offering a holistic approach to well-being and personal growth.
Through my work, I aim to guide others in cultivating compassion, awareness, and well-being in a world where we are often at the mercy of our biology.
